Why Volunteer with Camerata Baltimore?
Volunteers are at the heart of Camerata Baltimore. Whether you sing, organize, teach, or simply love music, your time and talents help us bring choral arts to more people and create spaces where everyone feels seen and heard.

• Expand access to high-quality choral performances for all audiences.

Ways You Can Serve:

Front-of-House & Event Support

• Greet guests and offer a warm welcome

• Hand out programs and answer basic questions

• Assist with seating and accessibility needs

Community Outreach

• Help connect us with schools, churches, and community organizations

• Share information about concerts and events

• Support outreach especially in communities of color

 

Education & Workshops

• Assist with rehearsals, youth programs, and workshops

• Help coordinate choral clinics and educational events

• Support students and families during programs

Marketing & Media

• Support social media and email newsletters

• Help with photography, videography, and content creation

• Share stories that highlight our singers and community partners

Administrative Support

• Assist with planning and logistics behind the scenes

• Help with data entry, emails, and coordination

• Support the leadership team in day-to-day tasks

You do not need to be a professional musician to make an impact. We welcome:

• Music lovers of all backgrounds

• Students looking for service hours or experience

• Community members passionate about equity in the arts

• Individuals with skills in organizing, hospitality, education, or communication
